Capital City Judo is hosting the "2018 Ippon Throw-a-Thon" on May 23, 2018.  This is an important fundraiser for Capital City Judo. 

Pledge Your Support (in one of two ways):
​1. Sponsor a fixed donation amount (online or through a Capital City Judo club member). 
2. Sponsor a number of throws (please contact a Capital City Judo club member).
